What to Expect with Bud’s Bail Bonds

Bud's Bail Bonds will not just post bail on your behalf but will also do everything in our power to help you or your loved one attend every court hearing to ensure that no extra costs are incurred. Bail amounts vary depending on the severity of the crime, but we recognize that each case is serious and treat it as such. We know how deeply individuals and families can be affected regardless of the severity of the charge.

Bail bonds can range anywhere from a few thousand dollars to tens of thousands to even the hundreds of thousands or millions for federal crimes. This amount of money is where we can help, especially since you or your loved one could be held in jail for weeks or months awaiting the initial trial. We want to get you or your loved one out ASAP and back to work and your families.

By Florida law, we can secure your release for a fee, or “premium,” of only 10% of the bail bond or a $100 minimum per charge. This premium is a non-refundable fee for the service of paying your bail amount and will be the only cost you or your loved one is responsible for, assuming all court appearances are made. We have flexible financing options available to work with your needs; reach our licensed bail bond agents at (941) 923-2663.

If you are out on bond and a court date is missed in error, let us know and we are happy to speak with the judge on your behalf. A word from your bondsman explaining the error and that it won’t happen again often goes a long way in the possibility of setting aside an active warrant

Once we have posted bail on your behalf and you or your loved one has been released, making every court appearance is crucial. This is not just because of the potential incurred fees, but also because missing a court appearance can result in re-arrest and will leave your bail bondsman responsible for paying the full amount of the bail without getting it refunded. In the event of a missed court date, your bail agent has the legal authority to surrender collateral to the court in exchange for a release from bail liability. We want to avoid these devastating scenarios and will work with you at every step to keep these repercussions from causing more damage than necessary.

Our bail bond agents are licensed, and all have years of experience. We run our company with compassion and genuine care for each of our clients, and hope to be able to assist you in getting back on your feet for good. Call us today at (941) 923-2663.
